Customer Experience Banker - Fort Walton Beach

Serve as a non-NMLS financial concierge for walk-in customers in a branch setting. Proactively identify customer financial goals, recommend deposit and other banking products, and accurately process transactions while balancing daily. Build and retain consumer and business relationships through disciplined outreach, follow-up, and referrals. Educate customers on deposit products, refer them to other bank areas to deepen relationships, and comply with operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
