Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish new business relationships and strengthen existing ones while ensuring fair outcomes for customers.
  • •Communicate new products, propositions, and relevant market information to customers.
  • •Proactively identify sales opportunities and develop them into business growth.
  • •Support distribution channel business development strategies and plans to generate new business and increase revenue.
  • •Deepen client understanding through credit and customer due diligence reviews while protecting the bank’s reputation and maintaining an acceptable risk profile.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold relevant insurance and investment licenses, and meet related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
  • •Have solid experience distributing investment products within banking or other financial institutions, including being a Hong Kong Securities Institution papers license holder.
  • •Experience in commercial banking or retail banking handling investment products, with sound understanding of customer investment needs.
  • •Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills, and ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • •Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
