Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end insurance operations for a strategic client, ensuring operational excellence and achievement of agreed service levels.
  • •Manage operational processes and operational SLAs/KPIs, driving quality and productivity across Life/Retail/Commercial operations.
  • •Lead client-facing engagement with senior US stakeholders and CXO-level audiences, including executive communication.
  • •Drive transition management for new clients (migrations/build-outs) and support new business pursuits via proposals, RFPs, and presentations.
  • •Identify transformation opportunities and implement automation/process improvements to enhance customer experience using analytics and automation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years overall experience with significant Insurance operations experience across Life, Retail, and Commercial.
  • •Strong experience managing US Insurance / Life & Annuity operations and end-to-end operations across the insurance value chain.
  • •Proven experience managing large teams and multiple operational processes, with responsibility for SLAs, KPIs, quality, and productivity.
  • •Demonstrated experience in new client transitions/migrations and building teams from scratch to scale them.
  • •Strong project/program management experience, including creating RFP responses and client presentations; ability to work in a US night shift and 100% from office environment.
