Key Responsibilities

  • •Elicit and manage functional and non-functional requirements with strong traceability, translating business needs into user stories and specifications.
  • •Identify change impacts from new processes, systems, and ways of working, and turn them into requirements, user stories, and implementation considerations.
  • •Analyse and redesign end-to-end business processes, assessing effects on roles, responsibilities, behaviours, controls, and ways of working.
  • •Lead collaborative workshops and co-design sessions; guide stakeholders through change, adoption, and implementation and support UAT to meet business outcomes.
  • •Work in Agile environments (Scrum/SAFe/Kanban), bring adoption and change considerations into delivery ceremonies, and use M365 Copilot plus prompt engineering to enhance analysis and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, innovation, or change.
  • •Must have experience in M365 Copilot.
  • •Strong experience in business analysis within digital or technology environments.
  • •Proven ability to apply human-centred design or design thinking approaches.
  • •Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder engagement skills and experience delivering in Agile environments (Scrum/SAFe/Kanban) using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
