Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle tickets in ServiceNow, read architecture diagrams, and construct rules based on those diagrams.
  • •Configure firewalls and network filters across enterprise, store, and cloud networks, including intrusion prevention policies.
  • •Provide routing/VLAN/subnetting, load balancing, and core networking support (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, TLS, SSH).
  • •Implement site-to-site and remote-access VPN connectivity and support Network Access Control with authentication/authorization/accounting (including MFA).
  • •Provide 7/24 on-call support for infrastructure service incidents and follow internal escalation procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5–8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 4+ years (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •3+ years working with Palo Alto Firewall.
  • •At least one entry-level vendor certification in Network Security (PCNSA/PCNSE preferred, Cisco CCNA/CCNP Security, Juniper JNCIA-SEC/JNCIS-SEC, etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong planning, implementation, and troubleshooting skills.
