Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and ensure smooth, efficient, and professional daily operations of the restaurant and bar.

  • •Supervise, coach, and train Food & Beverage Attendants; manage rostering, workflow, and service standards.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ months supervisory or managerial experience in a similar role.

  • •Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
