Lead, NA Procurement - Portfolio Productivity - HDM

Lead the NA procurement portfolio productivity strategy within the BU, integrating annual business cycles to set productivity targets tied to procurement and operations cost base and portfolio margin performance. You’ll run cross-functional teams to build and deliver a portfolio productivity project pipeline, maintain end-to-end productivity forecasting/reporting with BU CFO and FP&A, and co-lead the AOP cycle while ensuring executive-level alignment through regular reviews.
