Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion and lead the BU productivity strategy agenda, including integrated planning across the 3-year and 1-year plans and productivity target setting.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams to build, launch, and deliver the portfolio productivity project pipeline (e.g., value engineering, PPA, CMA, in/out-sourcing).
  • •Partner with BU CFO office and central FP&A teams to maintain end-to-end productivity forecasting and reporting through monthly business cycles.
  • •Lead productivity reporting/review routines with central (regional) stakeholder leadership and functional teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • •Maintain visibility of in-year and future productivity pipeline at BU and Platform (finished goods category) level, reporting on end-to-end portfolio performance and co-leading the AOP cycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or engineering; MBA or a master’s in finance/operations is a plus.

  • •Expert ability in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
