Job Summary

Own complex, multi-billion-dollar revenue streams end-to-end by reviewing contracts, applying advanced US GAAP (ASC 606 and ASC 842), and documenting auditable accounting conclusions. Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Sales Operations, Product, and FP&A/GL to guide deal structuring and evolving business models. Lead month-end close activities, manage audit deliverables, and operationalize accounting assessments into streamlined billing, collections, and reporting processes with automation and strong controls.

Key Responsibilities

•Independently review, analyze, and interpret highly complex multi-billion-dollar agreements and provide comprehensive US GAAP conclusions.
•Provide technical accounting subject-matter expertise, including ASC 606 and ASC 842, and document robust accounting positions.
•Translate technical accounting assessments into operational processes for billing, collections, and financial reporting, including automation and data flow.
•Lead and manage month-end close activities for assigned revenue streams, including journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analyses.
•Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors by preparing documentation and communicating complex accounting treatments.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant accounting experience, with public accounting experience a plus.

•Exceptional contract review and analysis skills to identify accounting implications from legal documentation.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Sage Intacct, Stripe, or equivalent ERP and billing systems is a plus.
