Job Summary

Own pre-season and in-season demand planning for the UGG eCommerce channel across all platforms, working with cross-functional teams to maximize sales and minimize inventory risk. Build LRP and MFP inputs, set financial targets and OTB forecasts, run top-down and bottom-up/middle-out planning using statistical and AI forecasting, manage monthly rolling forecasts, and lead the monthly demand review and S&OP alignment process to publish official demand.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive pre-season planning for UGG eCommerce, including LRP and MFP build-up, financial framework/targets, and milestone detail planning (e.g., GTM2, Brand Conference, buy windows).
•Create bottoms-up style-color (and size level) sales and buy plans using statistical, heuristic, and AI forecasting models with price and markdown considerations.
•Own in-season OTB tops-down forecasting and bottoms-up re-forecasting to maintain inventory position, de-risk excess inventory, and react to demand trends.
•Maintain the ECOM demand plan in the demand forecasting tool and ensure data flow to the supply planning tool successfully.
•Lead monthly ECOM demand review, participate in monthly S&OP, and align demand plans with DTC merchants, channel leads, and BU head for official demand publish.

Key Requirements

•Support pre-season LRP and MFP build-up by providing eCommerce channel business insights and setting season/product-mix financial targets.
•Develop and align division/department/class plans with Merchants, Channel Leads, and BU head, ensuring reconciliation between top-down and bottom-up (middle-out) approaches.
•Produce bottoms-up style-color (and size level) sales and buy plans using statistical, heuristic, and AI forecasting models, including regular price and markdown analysis.
•Run OTB tops-down forecasting and bottoms-up re-forecasting in-season to maintain optimal inventory position and respond to trends.
•Lead monthly ECOM demand review and participate in monthly S&OP, aligning demand plans with DTC merchants, channel leads, and BU head for official demand sign-off.
