Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a strategic technical resource for pre-sales engagements and key opportunities across Canada.
  • •Provide technical guidance to field engineering and sales teams to influence customer decisions.
  • •Design and recommend tailored security solutions to meet customer needs.
  • •Partner with product management and engineering to identify and develop customer-critical features and feedback improvements to R&D.
  • •Support enablement through training, technical documents, and presentations; monitor VIP projects and maintain communication for next steps.
