Job Summary

Join the Customer Support Operational Excellence team to drive digital transformation through data automation, visualization, and analytics applications. Mine and benchmark performance and KPI data, create proactive and predictive models, and deliver insights to senior management to support lean strategy. Develop automation solutions (e.g., macro-based reporting) and BI/dashboard capabilities, validate ROI and benefits, and uplift OPS data analytics skills through training and workshops.

Job Function: Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

Key Responsibilities

•Drive data automation improvements by developing solutions for existing data processing work.
•Develop applications and analytics to support systematic analysis, data tracking, and data visualization for management needs.
•Perform data mining and benchmarking using performance data, machine data, QCDS KPIs, dashboards, and other sources, then provide insights to management.
•Create proactive and predictive data models to help operations react quickly and address issues before they happen.
•Roll out and train broader teams, validate benefits/ROI from automation or system development, and uplift OPS capabilities through training and workshops.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree.
•Experience in program coding/system development project work, including Project Leader experience and Lean/LSS.
•Strong ability to use IT techniques including VBA, Python, database tools, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, PowerApps, and SAP.
•Strong analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with accuracy and attention to detail.
•Business English proficiency (spoken and written) and the ability to present structured, fact-based messages at multiple levels.
