Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide customer support by identifying the best way to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Partner with customers to grow sales by identifying related products or add-on extensions.
  • •Process customer orders and respond to parts and supply inquiries, questions, or complaints with solution-focused support.
  • •Maintain current knowledge of Trane products, offerings, and promotions to deliver a premier customer experience and drive sales.
  • •Execute quote and order management processes with high accuracy to support timely fulfillment and satisfaction, including entering quotes/invoices and following through on fulfillment.
