Food & Beverage Manager

Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Lead, coach, and train the Food & Beverage team, manage rostering and service standards, and collaborate with the kitchen to maintain quality and presentation. Maintain compliance with RSA, hygiene, and workplace health & safety requirements, and support stock control, ordering, and reporting. Drive continuous improvement while working predominantly evening shifts and weekends as needed.
