•Generate new business opportunities to build our sales pipeline through inbound and outbound efforts
•Outreach directly into prospective agents via cold-calls, texts, emails, and campaigns
•Articulate value proposition and handle objections to create qualified opportunities
•Collaborate with Strategic Growth Managers and Team Leaders to develop prospecting strategies
•Document activities within our CRM with flawless data management

Salary: USD 80,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience (SDR, Customer Success/Service, Direct Sales, Account Management)

•Self-starter attitude with ability to solve problems without direct supervision in ambiguous environments
•Excellent communication skills with ability to lead client meetings and presentations
•Highly organized with ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
