Provide process and transactional support for HR systems, acting as a first point of contact for employees through case management in ServiceNow plus chat and phone support. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a first point of contact for HR systems and process support via ServiceNow case management, chat, and phone.
•Manage high-volume walk-up support and route incoming support calls to the People Operations team.
•Resolve first-level support requests, including intake data, employee personal information updates, and HR system navigation.
•Support routine correspondence by following established procedures (e.g., address changes, application support, background check corrections, employee self-service support).
•Monitor HR inboxes and respond directly or escalate issues to the appropriate People Operations/leadership teams as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•2+ years in a relevant customer support role, including data entry experience.
•Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with simple queries and formatted data output.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills for supporting a broad range of end users.
•Strong customer service, analytical/troubleshooting, planning/organizational skills, and the ability to work detail-oriented in a fast-paced team environment; familiarity with HR systems is a plus (SAP/HR and Workday valued).
