Job Summary

Manage daily global treasury operations, including cash flow processing, entity funding, capital calls, and intercompany settlements. Oversee cash operations such as bank reconciliations, account configurations, and liquidity planning for wallet and funding obligations, including Stablecoin (RLUSD) and OTC trading support. Own global account and exchange management (KYC, signatories, user access, FBAR reporting) while coordinating bank relationships, LOC processing, and treasury system implementation and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare, assess, and process cash flow transactions, including payroll, tax, bank fees, and treasury payments.
•Manage entity funding activities including approvals/callbacks, capital calls, loans, grants, and intercompany funding/settlement oversight.
•Provide ongoing oversight of cash operations, including daily cash handling, bank account reconciliation, and account configurations.
•Coordinate audit and compliance support, including internal/external audit support and FBAR compliance and restricted account/LOC monitoring.
•Manage global accounts and exchanges (opening/closing, KYC, signatory updates, user access management) and support GTreasury implementation and automation initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 144,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in corporate treasury operations in a high-growth startup or multinational environment.
•Expertise in domestic, cross-border, FX, and digital asset payments, with advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
•Experience implementing or using a SaaS Treasury Management System such as GTreasury or Kyriba.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
•Strong analytical problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills to influence partners across Tax, Legal, Financial Services, Trading and Markets, and Accounting.
