Job Summary

Own the multi-year strategy and roadmap for Xometry’s Sourcing and Job Board, the marketplace “commercial engine” that matches partner capabilities to manufacturing jobs. Lead the design of matching, recommendation, and priority-scheduling logic, and optimize the job acceptance funnel end to end. Partner with Pricing and Machine Learning to influence dynamic pricing and model direction, drive key marketplace KPIs, and ensure adoption through experimentation, rollout, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the multi-year strategic vision and roadmap for Sourcing and the Job Board, aligning matching and marketplace-liquidity strategy with margin and growth goals.
•Drive the design and evolution of the matching and recommendation engine and the priority-scheduling logic for which partners see which offers and when.
•Own the job acceptance funnel end to end, improving partner viewing and acceptance across discovery, evaluation, and accept/decline/feedback loops.
•Partner with Pricing and Machine Learning to influence dynamic pricing and matching strategy, making principled tradeoffs across performance, margin, and quality.
•Establish and monitor marketplace KPIs, ground decisions in behavioral data and partner feedback, and lead adoption through experimentation and rollout while providing technical product leadership.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of progressive product management experience with a track record in marketplaces, matching, recommendation systems, or marketplace optimization.
•Experience building or optimizing two-sided marketplace mechanics such as supply-demand matching, liquidity, ranking, or recommendation systems.
•Proven ability shipping complex, high-scale features in operational, marketplace, or B2B environments with measurable business impact.
•Expert-level analytical and quantitative skills to reason about algorithmic systems and build rigorous business cases from behavioral and financial data.
•Fluency partnering with Machine Learning and Pricing teams to influence models and pricing logic without owning them.
