Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, culminating in certification.
  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Recommend retail consumer and small business products/services and proactively reach out using CAMP and approved marketing tools to set periodic review appointments.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities, including community financial literacy events and membership presentations as directed.
  • •Process teller transactions and support Financial Center goals, including working with assigned business partners and referring customers appropriately.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
