P&C Regional Portfolio Underwriting Director

Lead P&C underwriting strategy for assigned geographic regions, driving portfolio performance, risk selection, and profitability outcomes. Monitor new and in-force business mix, evaluate modeled results and risk drivers, and recommend underwriting actions that improve retention, lifetime value, and member experience. Partner with state management, pricing, product management, compliance, and capital management to align on underwriting recommendations and build underwriting capabilities and guidelines.
