Key Responsibilities

•Develop and apply transport models (Saturn, VISUM, VISSIM) for planning and appraisal projects, and automate modelling workflows
•Analyse large datasets and GIS information to support decarbonisation strategies and transport planning
•Contribute to Local Plans, transport strategies and business cases, providing data-driven insights
•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across WSP India to deliver high-impact transport solutions
•Support data science initiatives using Python, SQL and GIS to improve modelling accuracy and efficiency

Key Requirements

•10-14 years of experience in transport modelling (Saturn, VISUM & VISSIM) and data analysis
•Experience in model development and application for Local Plans, transport strategies and business cases
•Proficiency with Python, GIS and working with big data; interest in decarbonisation and automation of modelling
•Educational background: B.Tech in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Transportation Engineering
•Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to work in a cross-functional team
