Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion an exceptional client experience while providing clarity, focus, and motivation to achieve branch excellence.
  • •Build and develop a diverse, high-performing branch team; supervise daily activities, delegation, schedules, and training.
  • •Manage personnel actions including performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
  • •Ensure operational compliance and mitigate risk, including teller cash counts, certifications, reports, CTR filing, suspicious activity reporting, elder abuse reporting, and policy adherence.
  • •Assure audit compliance and procedure quality control; recommend and implement corrective actions to maintain compliance with bank policies and state and federal regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 8 years of related banking experience, including 4 years of branch management and operations.
  • •High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • •Associate’s degree or higher is preferred.
  • •Current California driver’s license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance to drive for assigned duties.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of compliance with state and federal regulations, including Regulation Z, Regulation B, FCRA, BSA/USA PATRIOT Act, AML, CIP, RFPA, and CRA.
