Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently draft, review, negotiate, and interpret software/technology licenses, professional services agreements, and NDAs.
  • •Lead and contribute to center of excellence efforts by guiding business unit attorneys and improving templates, clause banks, and legal playbooks.
  • •Advise stakeholders on legal matters arising from technology, operational, commercial, and corporate initiatives.
  • •Coordinate with Privacy and Information Security teams to help ensure personal data and confidential information are handled in accordance with law and company policy.
  • •Provide practical legal advice on risks and support NDA intake and process improvements.

Key Requirements
