Associate Counsel, Corporate Legal Affairs

Provide legal support for software and technology licenses, professional services agreements, and NDAs across NBCUniversal’s corporate functions. Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret contracts while partnering with business stakeholders and Law Department colleagues. Contribute to an organization-wide center of excellence by improving templates and negotiation resources for business unit attorneys, coordinating with Privacy and Information Security, and advising on legal risks and business-oriented solutions.
