Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to store profitability and KPIs by fulfilling store objectives and utilizing available resources
  • •Manage stock flow between the warehouse and sales floor and ensure products are available to customers
  • •Provide excellent customer service using adidas customer care standards to enhance the brand experience
  • •Apply basic product knowledge to assist customers and support merchandising and stock presentation
  • •Participate in health & safety protocols and collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, productive store environment

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • •Knowledge of basic product data and ability to apply it to customer service
  • •Ability to maintain Visual Merchandising standards and store cleanliness at all times
  • •Ability to work as part of a team and participate in occasional night shifts or layout changes when required
