Key Responsibilities

  • •Own workforce readiness strategy aligned to ramp plans and hiring roadmap, translating ramp targets into weekly training and certification plans.
  • •Define, maintain, and continuously improve role-based training curricula and ensure inclusion of MES or equivalent experience, SAP, YMS, and issue resolution paths.
  • •Build and implement a proficiency/skills readiness framework, including certification governance, tracking, re-certification, audit readiness, and risk closure.
  • •Ensure training infrastructure and capacity for bulk hiring, coordinating with Facilities, Procurement, and Site Leadership and exploring training-center and simulated environments.
  • •Lead cross-functional workforce development execution and provide weekly WFD progress reporting and KPIs, mentoring the WFD team and driving risks to timely mitigation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related area; Master’s degree or matching hands-on experience preferred.
  • •10–15+ years in manufacturing operations, workforce development, training, or industrial engineering.
  • •Proven experience supporting factory ramp-ups or large-scale workforce onboarding.
  • •Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech manufacturing environments.
  • •Strategic workforce planning with hands-on execution, strong cross-functional influence, and data-driven decision making.
