Key Responsibilities

  • •Expand Carta’s distribution and market share by deepening relationships with key partners and developing new relationships to drive VC fund penetration.
  • •Create champions for Carta’s VC investor products (fund administration, fund formation, SPV formation, valuations, and KYC/AML) by partnering with law firm fund formation practices.
  • •Work cross-functionally to collect feedback from law partners, relay internally, and drive roadmap conversations to deepen mutual client penetration with preferred law firms.
  • •Develop and execute strategies to convert law firms where Carta does not have deep relationships into preferred partners, including activating mutual books of business with Sales.
  • •Lead discovery on additional ways to add value to law firm partners, drive non-linear referral motions to increase referrals by 30%+, and represent Carta at industry events (25%+ travel).
