Key Responsibilities

  • •Work under direct supervision on routine document control tasks following established procedures.
  • •Coordinate with Project Managers and IT/Records Management on protection methods for project records, including recommendations for media, rotation, and procedures.
  • •Troubleshoot basic problems with team members and/or end-users and contribute to team goals.
  • •Determine proper resources for projects and evaluate external tools and resources to support document control needs.
  • •Prepare statistical reports on usage and efficiency, answer correspondence on special reference subjects, and identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • •Strong knowledge of document control procedures and workflows.
  • •Strong knowledge of records management and document lifecycle, including revision and version control.
  • •Proficiency in document management systems such as Aconex, SharePoint, EDMS, OpenText, Oracle Unifier, and Asite.
