Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement electrical designs for existing and future tool systems using a data-based E-CAD system (e.g., Zuken E3S) following AMAT design standards.
  • •Implement state-of-the-art E-design solutions using industry standards where possible (e.g., Beckhoff PLC, TwinCAT and TwinSafe).
  • •Specify and manage E-design projects from draft to implementation, including working with external suppliers and supporting testing/validation of control systems.
  • •Collaborate closely with a team of physicists, designers, and system engineers worldwide.
  • •Coordinate with internal customers across the USA, Europe, and Asia, with occasional travel.

Key Requirements

  • •TOEIC test score of 700 or above.
  • •University degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field.
  • •Design and development of power distribution and digital control electronics.
  • •Good understanding of automation and electro-mechanical process control mechanisms (e.g., motor/drive controls, pneumatics).
  • •Implementation of IEC, SEMI and UL standards.
