Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer with DFM expertise for prototype and production.
  • •1–3 years scaling liquid cooling thermal solutions across board to facility applications (cold plates, fittings, tubing/hose terminations, leak detection, CDUs, AALCs).
  • •Proven working knowledge of PLM and strong command of ECO/MCO/DEV/PCN processes.
  • •Ability to debug/troubleshoot electromechanical systems, perform failure/root-cause analysis, and use structured problem solving such as 8D.
