Job Summary

Plan and coordinate activities for oil & gas production/services projects to fulfill customer orders within financial and commercial parameters. Own coordinator activities during project execution, gather requirements across functions, chase queries across stakeholders, and support the Project Manager with KPI monitoring and performance improvements. Handle customer milestone acknowledgement and certificates, while pushing billing/collections and supporting project finance control to meet project finance KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide cross-functional requirements to plan and monitor activities supporting effective project execution.
•Work ownership to initiate and chase queries with multiple business contacts to ensure timely outcomes.
•Own all coordinator activities within project execution to ensure products and services meet business and customer requirements.
•Ensure compliance and alignment with competency, training, and capacity requirements; support KPI monitoring and performance measurement to drive improvements.
•Manage customer-facing milestone acknowledgement/certificates and support billing, collection, and VO activities to meet project finance KPIs, including finance control-related activities.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in project execution within the Oil & Gas industry, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
•Experience in subsea, especially for Flexible Pipeline Systems projects (advantage).
•Understanding of general finance, costing control, budgeting, and financial statements (profit and loss, balance sheet, cash-flow).
•Ability to collaborate and motivate teams in an operational and matrix environment.
•Strong problem-solving, process improvement, analytical skills, and professional communication with internal stakeholders; excellent written reporting and presentation in Mandarin and English.
