Key Responsibilities

  • •Support design activities for the Airside Data Center Computer Room Air Handler (VCDC) Pod, creating drawings, CAD models, and documentation for job processing.
  • •Create and maintain equipment drawings, CAD models, bills of material, and design documentation to support bid activities, submittals, and order release.
  • •Use computer-aided design and product lifecycle management systems to produce and update designs, including revisions, documentation updates, and model changes.
  • •Apply drafting practices to resolve routine design issues and escalate more complex issues as needed while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • •Support Design for Manufacturing (DFM) updates and Customer Witness Test (CWT) readiness by incorporating required drawing and documentation updates.

Key Requirements

  • •4 to 6 years of relevant experience and an associate degree in mechanical, electrical, electronic design, or a related field.
  • •Experience supporting design, drafting, or product documentation work in an engineered environment.
  • •Proficiency with AutoCAD and at least one of SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, or ProEngineer (or similar CAD tools).
  • •Ability to create and maintain accurate CAD models, drawings, and bills of material to support order execution.
  • •Ability to travel up to 10% and communicate effectively (verbal and written).
