Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a liaison among Artist/Tour Representative(s), Venue Management, and the Merchandise Specialists team.
  • •Oversee merchandise purchasing operations to ensure an exceptional guest and fan experience.
  • •Develop Merchandise Specialist schedules based on event projections.
  • •Oversee inventory count-in and count-out procedures and ensure accurate reconciliation after shows.
  • •Train, mentor, and motivate Merchandise Specialists while ensuring compliance with Live Nation policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.6 - 22 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be able to be available for the entire concert day, including shifts as long as 15 hours (with breaks).
  • •Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • •Must be able to lift up to a 50-pound box.
  • •Must be able to work in outdoor environments in potentially extreme temperatures.
  • •Must have a working understanding of touch-screen based systems.
