Venue Merchandise Supervisor at Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre- Tinley Park

Lead a team of merchandise specialists to inventory, distribute, and display artist merchandise throughout live events. Serve as a liaison between tour representatives and venue management, schedule staffing based on event projections, monitor inventory, and oversee count-in/count-out and post-show reconciliation. Ensure guest purchasing experiences are exceptional, keep merchandise stands clean and on-brand, maintain compliance with policies and health & safety, and complete required reports and payroll paperwork.
