Job Summary

Support AECOM’s Industrial Advisory team by delivering high-value consultancy projects from planning through execution. Key Responsibilities

•Deliver industrial advisory consultancy projects and manage medium-complexity initiatives from planning through delivery.
•Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and industrial engineering techniques to analyze and improve client operations.
•Develop data-driven insights and translate them into practical, deliverable solutions.
•Build and manage client relationships, identifying improvements and contributing to innovation.
•Provide guidance, coaching, and support to junior team members while contributing to capability development and best-practice methods.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Background in manufacturing, industrial engineering, process improvement, or related operational environments.
•Experience working within or alongside highly regulated industries (e.g., defence, aviation, nuclear, infrastructure, manufacturing).
•Ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical, value-driven solutions.
•Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
•Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
