Job Summary

Modality Sales Specialist for Imaging (MR/CT) responsible for leading sales execution, expanding existing accounts, and advising on clinical-to-business value across Romania. You’ll leverage deep clinical and technical expertise to position Philips imaging solutions, manage tenders, and collaborate with Marketing, with field roles across Bucharest/Cluj-Napoca.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead sales execution for assigned imaging modalities, developing and implementing strategic and tactical sales plans to achieve revenue, market share, and AOP targets.
•Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding presence in existing accounts and opening new market segments through understanding of clinical workflows and technical configurations.
•Advise customers on latest technological innovations, system configurations, and upgrade paths, positioning Philips solutions to address evolving clinical needs and operational challenges.
•Deliver impactful customer presentations that articulate clinical, operational, and economic value of solutions, supporting competitive positioning, tenders, and quotations.
•Contribute to tender strategy, pricing discussions, and forecast validation, ensuring balanced selling and accurate business projections.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
•3 years’ experience in diagnostic imaging sales, clinical sales support, or modality specialization within healthcare
•Strong understanding of imaging modalities (MR/CT)
•Experience supporting or leading public tenders and complex capital equipment sales cycles
•Fluent in Romanian and English
