Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement EHS systems, conduct facility audits, and ensure daily adherence to OSHA, EPA, and internal EHS standards.
  • •Facilitate risk assessments and self-inspections, and lead root-cause analyses to address deficiencies and track corrective actions.
  • •Develop and deliver site training, and act as a trusted EHS advisor to facility leadership and staff.
  • •Monitor leading and lagging EHS performance indicators, track EHS metrics, and notify leadership or regulatory agencies of incidents as required.
  • •Stay current on regulatory laws and support corporate EHS and sustainability initiatives with multi-site teams.
