Job Summary

Join GEMS School of Research and Innovation in Dubai as an Inclusion Teacher supporting Students of Determination (SEND) and gifted learners within the British curriculum. You will implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), deliver differentiated in-class and pull-out interventions, and use assistive technology and UDL-informed strategies. Work closely with classroom teachers, counselors, leadership, parents, and external experts to improve inclusion provision and ensure students can access and progress.

•Work with parents and external specialists to deliver holistic, equitable educational support.

Key Requirements

•UK-approved inclusion qualification relevant to working with young people and children in a school environment (e.g., Master’s in SEN or Inclusion with a relevant PGCE).
•3 years’ experience as an Inclusion leader in an international high-performing school environment.
•Experience supporting learners across a through-school environment (age 3–18), preferably improving inclusion provision.
•Up-to-date knowledge of best practice in inclusion and current policy in UAE, UK, and globally, including KHDA inclusion guidelines.
•Strong ability to manage IEPs and interventions, with excellent communication and collaboration skills for parents and external partners.
