Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administrative support to ICE immigration officials processing immigration cases, including records management and document preparation.
  • •Prepare, review, and manage case files to ensure accuracy and completeness, and keep Alien Files (A-files) and ICE systems updated with correct case status.
  • •Accurately enter data into ICE systems and maintain electronic and paper-based case files in compliance with privacy laws, DHS policies, and data security requirements.
  • •Coordinate docket and case activities with EOIR and USCIS; facilitate hearings, removals, and interview scheduling between detainees and ICE personnel/legal representatives.
  • •Perform removal and post-removal management tasks, including organizing removal documents, ensuring ICE Air scheduling/manifest completion, filing required departure verifications, and closing cases in ICE data systems.

Key Requirements

  • •US citizen and have resided in the U.S. for the last five years.
  • •High school diploma (or GED) and valid driver’s license.
  • •3+ years of experience in immigration case management support or related case management (social services, prisoner/probation, healthcare).
  • •Obtain and maintain a DHS/ICE Government clearance; pass criminal background, consumer credit check, pre-employment and random drug tests.
  • •Strong English writing and verbal communication skills; strong computer skills to navigate systems/databases and produce accurate reports; ability to work on-site with travel 25% of the time.
