Key Responsibilities

  • •Own full P&L responsibility for the Consumables division, driving revenue growth and expanding gross margins.
  • •Develop and execute multi-year category strategy aligned to customer demand and enterprise goals.
  • •Architect dynamic pricing, discount structures, and promotional calendars to maximize margin.
  • •Serve as primary executive sponsor for key suppliers and lead sourcing negotiations and rebate/program terms.
  • •Lead team and KPIs across category management, sourcing, and pricing while optimizing inventory levels and improving inventory turns.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive leadership in category management, merchandising, or strategic sourcing, including 5+ years managing a consumables or MRO portfolio at a major B2B distributor.
  • •Proven experience managing a P&L exceeding $100M+ in revenue.
  • •Advanced negotiation skills structuring complex, multi-million-dollar supplier agreements, rebates, and payment terms.
  • •Expert ability to translate sales, supply chain, and financial data into actionable strategic plans.
  • •Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, including multi-site leadership and inventory optimization/forecasting/vendor management.
