Key Responsibilities

  • •Own key balance sheet accounts and support the month-end close via journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and monthly fluctuation analyses.
  • •Lead the monthly marketing accrual process in collaboration with Marketing stakeholders on campaigns, initiatives, agency relationships, and partnerships.
  • •Lead fixed asset accounting, partnering with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and R&D on capital expenditures, asset placements, transfers, and disposals.
  • •Manage and review prepaid expense accounting, including vendor contract evaluation, accounting treatment, and amortization over the benefit period.
  • •Support audits and reviews by preparing schedules and documentation, and drive process improvements through scalable workflows and automation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and/or experience in a high-growth technology, consumer products, or health tech environment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and operational accounting principles.
  • •Experience with general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and experience with large, complex datasets; NetSuite or Oracle experience preferred.
