Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate drilling, milling, edge breaking, and burring machines to generate rough and finish dimensions for a variety of parts.
  • •Perform operations to burr, polish, finish, and blend surfaces on machined parts.
  • •Mount and accurately align jigs/fixtures, select speeds/feeds, work from engineering layouts, and adjust stops/cams to produce close tolerances.
  • •Perform visual and dimensional inspections using mechanical and electronic gages; read and interpret moderately complicated blueprints.
  • •Maintain lot control and documentation (including QCP records, logbook entries, and NCRs), perform basic machine maintenance, and complete final stocking operations as required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 29.86 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Euclid, Ohio (no relocation benefit provided).
  • •Minimum two (2) years of machining experience (non-CNC acceptable).
  • •Minimum 2-year GD&T experience (Eaton Level 1 Advanced Training completion may be considered in lieu).
  • •Must be a U.S. person to access export-controlled information (U.S. citizen/national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
