Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and monitor the RI&E, action plan, and mitigating measures for your departments.
  • •Perform exposure assessments for hazardous substances, including CMR substances where relevant.
  • •Conduct workplace inspections, toolbox talks, and TRAs for non-routine tasks.
  • •Monitor environmental aspects and contribute to performance improvement.
  • •Follow up on HSE incidents and support incident investigations; act as the first point of contact for HSE-related matters.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of proven experience in the HSE field, preferably in an industrial environment.
  • •Hold IVK or MVK (Integral / Middelbare Veiligheidskunde), or demonstrate a comparable occupational safety background.
  • •Demonstrated affinity with chemical or hazardous substances and experience with exposure assessments.
  • •Practical, visible collaboration with departments, helping build a strong HSE culture.
  • •Good command of Dutch and English for communication and alignment within the team and organization.
