Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead preparation of Technical Due Diligence Reports for lenders, investors, and financial institutions focused on mission-critical developments.
  • •Manage and prepare Monthly Monitoring Reports during construction, independently assessing progress, risks, costs, schedule, and project health.
  • •Advise lenders throughout the project lifecycle on contractual documentation, procurement strategies, project execution plans, budgets, schedules, and risks.
  • •Support complex data centre delivery from planning through procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness.
  • •Interface with clients and consultants, conduct Canada construction market research, and contribute to knowledge management and quality control (including ISO audit participation).

Key Requirements

  • •5 - 10 years post-graduate experience as a Consultant or Senior Consultant in construction consulting or a similar environment.
  • •5-10+ years of relevant experience across construction, project management, project controls, infrastructure advisory, or lender technical advisory.
  • •Direct experience preparing and/or reviewing Technical Due Diligence Reports and Construction Monitoring Reports for lenders or financial institutions.
  • •Strong experience with data centre developments and mission-critical facilities (strongly preferred).
  • •A recognized university degree; membership in relevant professional organizations (bonus, e.g., CIQS / RICS).
