Job Summary

Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the cash wrap and sales floor while supporting store operations. Welcome clients, act as a brand ambassador, and assist with add-ons, gift cards, and customer information where permitted. Operate POS accurately, manage cash/Media compliance, process shipments and transfers, maintain stockroom cleanliness, replenish and execute visual merchandising updates, and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Welcome clients warmly and professionally, anticipate needs, and provide personalized assistance.
•Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization while handling cash/media in compliance with policy.
•Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
•Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
•Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, execute visual merchandising updates, and follow Loss Prevention and housekeeping guidelines.

Salary: USD 15 - 19.5

Key Requirements

•1+ year of previous retail experience (cashier/stock/sales), preferably in luxury retail; education and experience will be considered together.
•Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
•Strong English language proficiency.
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
•Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and move around sales floor and stockroom.
