Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of customer-focused software solutions that shape partners’ daily practice tools.
  • •Drive cross-team initiatives to align disciplines and influence engineering direction through communication and data-informed decisions.
  • •Build full-stack features using React, Redux, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
  • •Refactor complex monolithic systems, balancing legacy WebForms with modern distributed architectures on AWS.
  • •Participate in on-call roster and incident response to support 24/7 product reliability, while researching and adopting AI-assisted development tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep technical expertise across C#, ASP.NET Core, modern frontend frameworks like React, and SQL Server data modelling.
  • •Proven experience building and implementing AI tools into production environments with measurable impact for customers or the business.
  • •Experience architecting, implementing, and refactoring distributed systems using REST APIs on AWS.
  • •Solid experience with CI/CD concepts, automated tooling, and test-driven development principles.
  • •Ability to treat AI as a way to redesign workflows and create automated agents, plus experience building SDKs and internal libraries.
