Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and issue drawings, design documentation, and reports for aerospace, industrial, and commercial facility mechanical & HVAC engineering projects.
  • •Perform all calculations necessary for HVAC and piping design, including load calculations, airflow, and pressure drop analysis.
  • •Lead the design, architecture, programming, and implementation of HVAC control systems (BMS/BAS) for complex industrial and launch-critical facilities.
  • •Develop control sequences of operation, program DDC/PLC logic, and configure control networks for optimal performance and reliability.
  • •Drive coordination and design necessary to obtain local, state, and federal permits as it relates to building and mechanical permits.
