Customer Service Delivery

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers while providing an excellent customer experience. You’ll load and unload vehicles, perform inspections to ensure safe driving, complete customer paperwork, and enter detailed notes into the customer tracking system. The role includes safe, consistent driving standards and rotating days off with evening hours.
