Ensure used vehicles meet CarMax quality standards by performing paint preparation and body repair work. In a modern, climate-controlled environment, you’ll mask, sand, grind, apply primer and refinish coatings, and repair plastic/substrate damage while correcting post-paint defects. You may also support related reconditioning duties, follow EH&S requirements, and maintain a clean, orderly workstation while delivering excellent customer service.
