Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of professional experience in building structure design and analysis (or equivalent education/experience) in Structural or Civil Engineering.
  • •Licensed U.S. Professional Engineer (PE or SE).
  • •Experience specifically in data center, mission critical, or large scale logistics/industrial facilities.
  • •Experience with BIM tools and structural analysis software such as Revit (BIM ACC), ETABS, RISA, RAM, SAP2000, and SAFE.
  • •Experience with precast concrete, steel design, seismic design, and foundation systems, including low embodied carbon and sustainable structural design approaches.
