Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure right-level engagement with project management and complete operations readiness reviews, with documents, tasks, and processes handed over to Cyber Operations or Engineering.
  • •Design and oversee implementation of security controls across BAE Systems KSA, ensuring alignment with confidentiality, integrity, and availability and Group Cyber Security Standards.
  • •Evaluate, select, deploy, and maintain cybersecurity tools and platforms (e.g., firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection), driving continuous improvement and scalability.
  • •Align security engineering designs with Group Cyber Security Standards and audit expectations; provide evidence of control effectiveness and support internal/external audits.
  • •Lead and manage security projects to deliver on time and within scope, collaborating with IT, DevOps, Network, and business units; develop long-term cybersecurity engineering roadmap and respond to emerging threat landscapes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
  • •Minimum 5+ years in cybersecurity, including 3 years in a people management role.
  • •Experience in one or more areas: IT Security, IT Operating Model, or Cyber Security Operations.
  • •Practical knowledge of Agile and project management methodologies.
  • •Fluent written and spoken English, with ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment.
