Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of strategic agency partners, building executive-level, long-term relationships.
•Navigate complex, matrixed partner structures and build relationships across multiple stakeholders, practice areas, and regional teams.
•Partner with the Director of Strategic Partnerships to deepen relationships through enablement sessions, lunch and learns, and training to drive adoption.
•Translate platform data into strategic recommendations tailored to partner goals and global footprint to improve AI Search visibility.
•Run quarterly business reviews and content strategy sessions with senior and C-suite stakeholders to optimize content visibility, organic growth, and AI discovery performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in customer success or account management, including experience with holding companies, GSIs, consulting firms, or large global agencies.
•Strong understanding of how large, matrixed agency organizations operate, including multi-region structures and procurement/legal complexity.
•Experience managing multi-stakeholder relationships, including senior leadership and C-suite contacts, across large organizations.
•Experience with global or multi-market account management, coordinating strategy and adoption across regions and business units.
•Builder mentality and strong communication skills to turn technical insights into persuasive strategic action plans for senior stakeholders.
