Job Summary

Join the Systems Engineering and Test Center as a Principal Systems Engineer for the Effectors team in Tucson. You will own and refine requirements, guide system verification and integration efforts, perform performance analysis, mentor engineers, and drive cross-functional collaboration across IPTs/CPTs. You’ll shape requirements, lead trade studies, and ensure rigorous SE processes on a mission-critical missile program with onsite responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Update, maintain, and improve requirements and requirements documentation for development and production efforts.
•Support Design and System Verification testing.
•Provide SE guidance and support during integration and test efforts.
•Support system performance analysis, and Integration and Test.
•Mentor and guide team members, including engagement of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 107,500 - 204,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
•Experience in Systems Engineering in CONOPS, System Architecture, System Requirements, and Requirements Verification Strategies & Plans.
•Experience in Systems Engineering on a Missile Program.
•Experience with developing system requirements specifications and requirements management processes.
•Verification and Qualification testing experience.
